Personalized Ninja Coaching for Long-term Success
Through private lessons, small-group coaching, and strength & conditioning, I help athletes develop the physical, technical, and mental foundations to perform better on obstacles, approach challenges with greater confidence, and make lasting progress in the sport.

About Me
I’m a competitive ninja athlete and coach with a passion for helping young athletes build confidence, capability, and a love of training. Originally from the UK, I grew up with limited access to high-quality ninja facilities and no dedicated coach, so I had to learn how to guide my own development. That experience shaped the coach I am today: I want to give young athletes the individualized support, direction, and belief that I would have benefited from growing up.
I went on to become one of the top ninja athletes in Europe before moving to Colorado to continue competing and coaching. Today, I am the Head Coach at Ark Ninja and am studying for a degree in exercise science. My coaching blends ninja-specific experience with thoughtful, age-appropriate athletic development, creating sessions that are challenging, engaging, and tailored to each athlete’s needs.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe young athletes make the best long-term progress when training is individualized, engaging, and designed to build real capability—not just physical skill, but also mindset, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Build the Athlete
One of the reasons I fell in love with ninja is that it demands well-rounded athleticism, not just excellence in a single area. Building a broad athletic foundation is essential for long-term ninja success, giving athletes more options and better solutions when facing new obstacle challenges, while also developing the strength and resilience needed to better tolerate the physical demands of the sport.
Engaging and Purposeful Training
Kids work harder and learn better when they are invested in the challenge. I use games, constraints, and creative progressions to make training fun without losing sight of the goal: meaningful development that carries over to performance.
Blend Experience with Evidence
I combine years of high-level ninja training and coaching with formal study in exercise science and skill acquisition. My goal is to make decisions that are not just intuitive, but thoughtful, evidence-informed, and grounded in what actually helps young athletes improve.
